Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued via your chosen refund method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items sent back without prior authorization
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if labeled as such)

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting [email protected]. After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
